Landscaping and Insurance for 2017

A "Landscape Maintenance Specifications and Schedule" was emailed to all unit owners and can be found in the contract document area. This outlines our requirements for new lawn care bids.

Kirk has found a competitive insurance quote which has the potential to reduce our annual insurance cost by $498 a year and potentially up to $1032 if the annual premium is paid in advance.
