About the Association

We are a well-maintained condominium group located in Knoxville, TN 37922 in the Cedar Bluff area.

There are 12 condo units in the association.
- 5 units on Confederate Drive
- 7 units on Cannon Point Way

Constructed in 2007 and 2008. Our properties range from 2000-2500sq.ft with 3-4 bedrooms, two vehicle garages, a small front and backyard or patio, and well-kept common areas.
Dues: $125 / month which includes common element insurance and landscaping

We are located off I-40, exit 378 just south of Kingston Pike and Cedar Springs Church.

From I-40 exit, take Cedar Bluff Rd. South past 4 red lights to Elkmont Rd. Turn right at the top of the hill. Take first right to Confederate Drive.

After 0.1 miles, on the left are Confederate Dr. condos and on the right, Cannon Point Way.
We are located just minutes away from the highway, shopping centers, and a multitude of grocery and restaurant choices! The area is at the center of West Knoxville and continues to grow and gain retail investments.
