Our officers can help deliver HOA and insurance documents as well as help fill out any required paperwork to facilitate in the buying process.

There is a standard document charge of $175. This covers time, materials, and website upkeep costs. We can provide the documents electronically, or for an additional fee, we can mail it.

Step 1) Please contact one of our officers. You can ask for an officer's details from the seller, or try svhoaknox + lender @ gmail.com without any spaces to get information.
Step 2) Once communication is established, you can send payment by check or use the button to the right to make payment online.
Step 3) We will provide you the documents in 3-5 business days (electronically, in 1-2 business days).
