Resume Annual Meeting

Resuming annual meeting We will resume our annual meeting at 6 PM, Wednesday, November 30, 2016, at 308 Confederate Dr. While I have not received a response from HOA Property management, they are scheduled to make a presentation beginning at 6 PM and we must complete their presentation no later than 6:30 PM. Her second presentation will begin at 6:35 PM and must complete no later than 7:05 PM. We will then decide if we are going to proceed with the property management proposal, determine the required increased monthly dues, Set the new monthly and quarterly SV HOA dues, select treasurer and President and get your recommendations on lawn care provider.
