Annual Termite & Pest Control

To: Stonewall Villa, all units. RE: Dayton Pest Control P.O. Box 51492 Knoxville, TN 37950-1492 (865) 588-6686 October 21, 2016 The annual termite inspection for all Stonewall Villa Units is scheduled to begin at 11:00 AM, Monday, October 31, 2016. The inspection will continue on that date untill all units have been inspected. Dayton Pest Control prefers to inspect the inside and outside of each unit. In the event no one is available to allow the inside inspection of a unit the outside inspection will be completed at that time. If the unit owner desires an inside inspection at a later date he or she should contact Dayton Pest Control at 865 588-6686 and schedule an inspection for their unit. The inability to inspect the inside of a particular unit does not void our warranty. This inspection is at no additional cost to the Stonewall Villa HOA and renews our Damage Repair/Re-treat Termite Warranty for another year and has been the lowest cost insurance we have been able to purchase each year. The past year I contacted two other termite companies and obtained bids; however, the Dayton Pest Control was considerably less expensive than the other companies and Dayton Pest Control has provided good service.
